          MERSETA ABET project
          Final report - executive summary This research was undertaken in order to establish the current status and impact of Adult Basic Education and Training within the MERSETA. The brief for this project required that the research provide reliable information on the current situation within the MERSETA sectors pertaining to adult literacy and numeracy training and outcomes. The findings of this study are intended to be used to support decision making and goal setting with regard to MERSETA activities in the ABET area, and in particular to ensure MERSETA ABET alignment with National Skills Development Strategy (NSDS) target.
